If you find your item dead (not due to misuse), please contact us first before you leave feedback, we will provide exchange/repair for the product directly from the manufacturer.

If you find product is defective or damanged upon reciept, we will offer refund or cash back.  We stand behind our products. Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 3 days from the date you receive your merchandise. All items are tested before they leave our warehouse!!!!

The item has to be in the same condition As Received if returned.  Same accessories, same everything as how it came.  Shouldn't be a problem. 

No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.

Must NOTIFY us within 3 Days of receipt. Must return to us within 3 days from the date you received it. Must be postmarked within 3 days only after recieved.

If Buyers need to return an item after initial 3 days is up or replacement of parts for any reason, the buyers are responsible for all shipping fees involved during this period.

Buyer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns after initial 3 day grace period; therefore, please retain all tracking information until we ship the replacement item.

This item carries One Year Manufacturer Warranty, and we will deal with the manufacturer on behalf of you. 

If a product is defective or does not function properly, you can choose to have a refund for the amount you pay (net of appropriate S&H Fees) or replace the item with the original model. The item should be returned in original packing materials and shipped out to us within 3 days from when you received it. Upon testing the product by us, we will send a replacement. This guarantee does not apply if customers mishandle the item or do not use it with proper care. Please contact us for detail before shipping out a return. All our products are tested before leaving the warehouse!!!

The 1 year warranty covers only product defects and does not cover ANY return freight charges, batteries that have been used, cost of parts removed by you, normal wear and tear, careless/negligent usage of the item, consequential or subsequent damages.
